great pics man. i feel proud to be a seychellois. looks like u had the real seychelles experience by the photos.seychelles,unique by a thousand miles. anyone who hasn't been, make it yr next dest. worth it..

I now live and work in the seychelles Mahe and your pictures are fantastic once upon a time true to life now the government has and is in the process of selling off so much of its beautiful land to any cossak or rag head who is prepared to throw a few million dollars into the governments pockets.

I was fortunate to work in the Seychelles for two years (1979/80) with Cable & Wirless. Your photo gallery brought back many happy memories, spent many hours on Beau Vallon Bay beach, and quite a few at the Pirates Arms, Victoria! My house was located somewhere in the 'Cliffs rising above the airport'(La Misere). Thank you for the memories.

Thanks so much Brian for sharing these pictures with me. They bring back wonderful memories of Seychelles, my mother's country! Your Pictures of Dar Es Salaam also gave me much pleasure for I wasa born in Dar Es Salaam. It is the only way I can "go back home" whenever I want to!!

Hello sir. My name is Sabrina and I am in grade 8. In my geography class we are doing a scrapbooking project on a specific country. We selected countries from a hat. I was lucky enough to get Seychelles as my country. When looking for pictures, I came upon your amazing website. I found many pictures that I could use, and they gave me an idea of what Seychelles looks like. Thank you for your very helpful website. I hope others have enjoyed as much as I have. Now, I would very much like to visit Seychelles.

Gus, Your selection of pictures remind me of yet another visit earlier this year when my wife and I stayed at the Coral Strand instead of with relations. Your images are much better than mine of the same places and remind us what a beautiful place it is and of the happy times we have spent there. Thanks for making your collection available.

Beautiful pics you have taken We are a swedish couple and we went to Mahe att june-july 2006 so we have many of these beaches on our holiday pics both praslin and la digue ans st pierre and il souris but best beachmemory is Anse lazio and Val de mai national park amazing!So romantic people go there its a paradise place

Great pics! I have just returned from a really gorgeous week on Mahé, and I recognised so many places; So many photos I did not take but now that I see them I think that I should have! Your photos are great, and show more of the Seychelles than just the beaches. The two people who posted before are lucky to be going back to the Seychelles. Fortunately for me, I am lucky too. Going back in four days! Your photos have given me some ideas for photography.

Brian, these are superb photos. I am pleased you took such a variety, not only of beaches but of the beautiful interior of this island. I am going back for my second visit to Mahe in November this year and these photos have captured all that I love about Mahe!
