Aya Sofya (Hagia Sophia)

The Church of Divine Wisdom, built by Emperor Justinian 527-565 AD.
In 1453, Sultan Mehmet the Conqueror had the Aya Sofya converted to a mosque.
In 1935, Atatürk secularized the monument opening it as a museum.
