The best way to reach Awaji by public transport is as follows:
1 From Osaka take the JR train on Kobe Line (the Tokaido-Sanyo Line) to Maiko. It will take
about 45 minutes (780 yen) by Rapid service that leave JROsaka Station every 15 minutes.
2 From Maiko take the bus at Kosoku Maiko Bus Stop for Iwaya Port.(13 minutes, 400 yen)
