The last portion of our 2005 trip left the Sperrgebiet for an overflight of Fish River Canyon, landing in Keetmanshoop for fuel before continuing to Ellingerode, a farm 100 miles SE of Windhoek. We spent the night at nearby Oliphantwater West, the farm where Eckhart grew up, before an early start back to Windhoek May 25th.
