Beautiful pictures I also have been in Dubai on November 2004, I was in Business trip , I got only one day to look around by the city Bus , The city is realy beautiful , blue sky and nice people . Very safe place to be ! I hope to come back there again with my Wife to spend holliday

To get across the causeway at the Burj, as a nonguest you need to purchase a voucher for 200 dirhams (US$55) of hotel credit which can be used at any of the shops or restaurants in the hotel. Apparently, if the hotel is busy, they do not offer the vouchers, and recommend calling ahead (301-7777) especially if you want a dinner reservations. As to if it is worth it or not, I enjoyed and would take visitors there if they were interested. At least the 200 dirhams isn't an admission ticket, and some people I am told purchase phone cards there with the vouchers.
