the historical capital of montenegro, ask some people here and it is the capital and it's where the president lives and all this stuff. ask others and the capital is 30 km away. regardless, it doesn't act like a capital, and that's what's so sweet about the town. there are also som pictures here of rijeka crnojevica, a small town on a quiet river that flows south to lake shkodra on the border with albania, set in a lovely green vale that widens to pastures before opening up to the lake.
