Hi mate I was having a look at your pictures of loughnatrosk and the Barron plateau and was wondering. If you had any info on the area. Cheers

Philip,
Many thanks for sharing some wonderful photos of beautiful places. I've not been to Lewis (yet!) I suppose it is a bit busier in high summer? The other thing I noted (not a criticism) is that the images seemed a bit undersaturated on my iBook screen -- perhaps that's owing to different technical specs for PC and Mac monitors.
regards,
Ian.

Thanks John, glad you liked them. The stones at Callanish are especially impressive due to the remote and interesting location and also due to the fact that there are a considerable number of circles in quite a small area.

A very impressive gallery Philip, the standing stones I find particularly appealing. It's something I haven't seen in person since moving to this side of the Atlantic thirty odd years ago.
I also had a quick look at your web site, I will go through it in more detail when I have more time
