This is a large and amazing example of one of Jesse's 'crystal ball' style marbles which he made back in the early 2000's. Yoda is by far my favorite theme for these huge beauties, such a perfect subject, ha ha. These marbles are layered scenes, so that as you look down into the marble, there is incredible 3D depth to the scene, and you can move the marble around to discover extra goodies. In this one, Yoda stands next to a tree in a tranquil scene, with butterflies flitting around, and a massive opal crystal sitting next to him, presumably the goal of his quest, judging by the huge smile on his face. Mushrooms and flowers are in the field around him, with expansive sun-lit skies behind. Suuuper fun to explore, every serious marble collection needs one of these Taj masterpieces in it!
