This amazing collaboration between Richard Hollingshead and Junichi Kojima (Rose Roads) was made back in 2013 during the wild heyday of marble collaborations. We're not seeing many of these great collabs pop up any more, which is a shame because some of the greatest marbles ever made, including this one, came out of that time period. This was one of the first collabs to feature a full size cab from Jun which shows small scenes depicted, including dancing rainbow bears, teepees and a campfire, moon and stars, and a peace sign and smiley face. Truly awesome work from Jun, the likes of which the world had never seen before at this point in history! Rich took that cab and wrapped it up in one of the most beautiful and elegant marbles EVER!! Rich is famous for his 'Spider's Sunset' design, and for this one, he actually made a sunset vortex on the flip side of the marble....WOW is an understatement! Soooo beautiful, and so deep, which is incredible considering there is this crazy complex cab sitting just on the other side of it. This kind of glass control is CRAZY HARD to pull off, and Rich was really pushing the limits with this one, which was very courageous considering the cab he was working with. Most artists don't choose to go this complex when working with such a hallowed piece of glass. The cherry red, blue and white pinwheeling to go along with it is mega tight, par for the course with Rich. The whole effect of this marble, seen altogether in hand, is stunning, and it is flat out a brilliant design, one for the ages, and a marble the likes of which you'll never see again.
