Washington Monument

Washington Monument

Washington DC

TD Ernesto is passing overhead so the rain has been relentless all day.
It looks like I've got several pine trees down on the back porch and the side
of the house so I know what tomorrow is going to bring ;o(

I'm posting a second shot today knowing tomorrow will probably not yield anything except
a sore back and a tired body. Hopefully I'll get a little time to puruse and make some
comments but no promises.

Nice. I am waiting for the construction to be done so I can get a shot with the pool filled. It seems like the construction has taken forever to be done.

Perfect, outstanding low light shot. Ernesto is headed this way as well. Sorry about the weather but you certainly made lemonade out of lemons... :-)

Nice shot, Bryan. Bummer about the weather, though. Here's a shot taken from the same location just after sunset on a clear evening:http://www.pbase.com/hemlepp/image/61469443 . I'm in DC frequently. It's a great place for photography.
