This Was Just Ferrying Kayaks

Great Falls NP, VA

To get boats to thestarting line so that some racers
could actually race in two different categories several
boats were "ferried" to the middle of the river.

I like this shot the best. Here you can see the obstacles and a little more of what is involved. Plus, there is the mystery of what is waiting for the boater at the bottom.
