December 2011 Birds

A couple of Life birds for me were seen in the final week of 2011.
The first bird is a Harris Sparrow seen at a feeder in Trigg County, KY near Lake Barkley.
The second is a Hooded Crane seen in the company of thousands of Sandhill Cranes at Hiwassee Wildlife Refuge, TN. The Hooded Crane is native to Asia and is not recorded as a "wild" bird in North America. The origin of this bird is unknown.
