The small beach community of Ocean Beach (or O.B. as the locals call it) is home to bikers, artists, hippies and political activists. It is San Diego's version of Santa Cruz and Berkeley all rolled into one. As a result there's a lot of funky characters to fill a whole 1 gig card's worth of photos.
