Vanuatu. The islands of Tanna and Espiritu Santo

Our holiday in Vanuatu. We flew into Port Vila but straight away fly onwards to Tanna where we spent 3 days, mainly to see the Mt. Yasur volcano but were amazed by how undeveloped the island was which made us feel a million miles from home. We then fly to Espiritu Santo to stay a week at Moyyan Resort, while there we dived on the famous wreck of the SS Coolidge which was sunk by friendly mine and we cycled to the Blue holes beside Fighter One airstrip built by the US during WWII.

Mi stap hapi tumas blong lukluk ol picja blong Vanuatu! Nice country, eh? that's my childhood country, I was happy to return to last year for summer holidays after 30 years I quit it. The Yasur is always a lifetime experience and SS Coolidge a wreck a diver MUST. Where's that Moyyan resort on Santo? Looks nice but I didn't hear about it : is that the one at Oyster bay? been to Champagne beach up on the north, if not that would be an occasion to come back! V
