True is very wonderfull sunset in the west. It usually brought back old memory for those who live during the beautiful time when they were just little kid. Many generation have past but the old sunset still good as new. We the poeple of the small island always enjoyed this very sunset becasuse we are attach to the mirror of the past.

Anipout, beautifyl pass and ugly some times. The only time you can come in the lagoon isduring a good season. If you are not from this island and you are tryingto get inside the lagoon, "it is your funeral" because only the strong and the cutless human can or will survive. The current and the wave is very strong and close to impossible. It also has two islet in and out and if you miss both then goodbye.

Tugufai, I really like the way you're interpreting the chant but one misinterpretation is the "cuff". The composer of the song meant when she said. "Ote moton gov. nokunok weiserak." though almost have the same implication as you put it, yours put strong emphasis on cuff as (tied handed and not as one in command) - don't be sitting like gov. (governor) who rules the place and hardly do no physical task.. the rest of your interpretation is solid.
