Galen & Barbara Rowell Adventure Photography Award 2006

By popular demand I am posting a number of images from the November 28, 2006, awards ceremony. The award was presented to Beth Wald for her simply amazing adventure photography in Afghanistan and other remote and dangerous outposts. This event was sponsored by the Yosemite National Institute, Mountain Light, Outdoor Photography Magazine, and the Commonwealth Club.
