I think that your work brims with the spark of artiness. You have within you the capacity to create images that will not only be of great technical merit, but images that can surpass the shallow surface of being "great". If you search deeper into yourself, if you release yourself from the constant need of being praised for technical merit, you will find that within your heart resides a big artist.

It shows most on your landscape pictures. From them one can tell of the way you are connected to yourself, of the freedom from the ego shackles all other images are bound by.

Release yourself from portraying images that will serve your hunger for recognition. Free yourself of the burden of being admired. Rid yourself of all the kitchy sticky sunset-with-surfer trash, and take a long walk into yourself. I pride myself on having printed 4 of your images to my collection of fine, meanigful, touching images. They are among the finest I have had in years. Be not afraid of your depths and inner self. Go and make your world, FROM WITHIN.
