Our final point of interest on our Pittsburgh trip was a visit to the Flight 93 Memorial on the 4th of July 2013.
Years ago in 2005, we visited Ground Zero in NYC. The Flight 93 Memorial commemorates a somber day in our country's history.
Being there, walking the long walk, being on the grounds where such heroism took place,
reading the signs, listening to the cell phone commentaries brought back the impact of this terrible day
which we cannot forget and must honor all those who lost their lives on 911.
