Yes, the light layer on the top of the carbouy on the left is a layer of frozen beer from the Assistnat Brewer's extra frigid lagering fridge. 24 hours before, I'm told that carbouy was almost half filled with a diagonal layer of ice.

The inky black feature to the left of the propane tank in the shots of me adding the color malt our good and faithful dog, Cyrano. Here, he is help out as he always does, in his own subtle way.

Should mention that the carbouy on the left in that pictue is frozen.
What about Cyrano?
