This is the famous site of the Rhodes Colussus, one of the Wonders of the Ancient World. Unfortunatly, it was destroyed centuries ago, so none of it remains! These pictures where taken recently of the Palace of the Grand Master, the residence of the boss of Knights of Saint John. On the day's tour, we also visited a local ceramic shop where the artists were carving and painting objects for sale to the tourists.
