Excellent portrait. The color tones, background matches the hair color, complements and but not completely contrasts the cyan shirt. Lighting is well directed and illimunates and highlights the face, and captures the gradual tone, eyes are well directed and in sharp focus. Light reflection on the eyes are a bit distracting, but overall it's perfect.
