On Saturday, Michael, Zalus, & John loaded up the plane to deliver some much-needed supplies to Anse Rouge. Rice, beans, cooking oil, and clean water were flown in to help support the relief efforts here in Haiti.
We are so thankful to each of you who have been praying diligently for us as Hurricane Ike also passed by. We’re still uncertain of how all areas have been affected, but we have gotten information from one missionary that Gonaives has gotten about two feet of rain over the weekend. Unlike this past week, there was no flash flooding there that caught people off guard. Here in Port, we had storms through the night but nothing major. We just wanted to let you know how things are at this point, and to let you know how much we appreciate your prayers & financial support. You ARE making a difference here.
Under His Wings,
Karen
- for the MAF guys included in this list, Michael will have the original files for these & other pics for you at the airport. Thanks!
