I had li'l Henry for about 16-1/2 years. He has been a totally loyal, sweet and loving companion. He's seen me through a change in jobs, many room mates and the transition from singleton to married person, in addition to a couple of different (adopted) furry brothers and sisters over the years.

He was diagnosed with mouth cancer in the beginning of January 2008. He had an operation to remove some of the mass, but it grew back, and his health and general well being started to decline rather quickly.

He left us on February 15th, 2008. His spirit- one of love and unconditional affection, will always be with us.

I have set up this gallery as a tribute to Henry- one of the best friends I have ever had in my life. He can teach us all a lesson- he's a lover, not a fighter, about what's important in life.

Here's to Henry- the bestest li'l blackie and whitey cat there ever was and will be. :-)
