As I review my photographs from the 2002 European Body Painting Festival, I realize I made a number of mistakes not related to the technical aspects of photography. One of these was not spending more time capturing the artists as they worked. I plan to return to the festival next year and expect to remedy this oversight. Until then, here are a few examples of some truly talented artists at work.
