Is This Photograph No 15 Albert Road? If yes this is the home of my Grandparents Thomas and Victoria Terry. I lived there as a child until 1963 when my late Grandmother Mother and Father moved us to a new house in Rugeley in Staffordshire

I lived just around the corner in Upper Sutton Street and had a friend who lived opposite King Edwards school who was a pupil there from about 1964. I was also a classmate at Albert Road primary school (now called Prince Albert Primary)of the daughter of the caretaker at King Edwards. yeah all changed now - my old house no longer exists I feel a part of my past has been destroyed.

OMG thats where my house is now, it over looks the moterway, its opposite the grammar school. Sadly guys Aston isnt what it used to be now its basically Pakistan,Bangladesh and Jamaica. Lucky my section of Albert road isnt noisy and messy like Aston itself. im originally from handsworth though, its been 14 years in Aston. If someone thinks im a racist..well im Asian and i cant stand asians ..i hate them so much, im going on a rant here lol .. can you blame? i see starving cats, kittens dumped on the street ..its just like a third world state in some roads ..in fact most roads.
Sorry, i know its not the place to say all this :) forgive me . Thank for the images!

My goodness, I can see Frederick Road in the background. Unfortuanately my house; 46 Frederick Road seems to have been knocked down as I can see the odd numbers: 47, 49, 51 etc through where my house where I grew up stood. I still dream about that house and those days.

I knew these houses well, together with those in Fredrick Road the parallel street. I was a Student at King Edward's Grammer School, Aston from 1964 to 1971. My father was a student there from 1927 to about 1932. The school was used one of the Fredrick Road houses as a sixth form common room, and at least one more was used for book storage.
