I think thats the spring you can adjust for tension on the rotors. Not sure.... not an oil pump jockey myself

The cotter pin can pulled and the plug removed to access the spring. Direct Connection sells a high pressure kit that includes the spring, plug and a stiffer spring to raise the oil pressure. My current thinking is that a stiffer spring is not a good idea. The timing belt has a hard enough time without the burden of pumping more oil!
