Skunk Hollow Observatory

Part of IC1318 - The Gamma Cygni Nebula (Stellarvue SV66ED) widefield. Shot using a Stellarvue SV66ED piggybacked on top of a SuperCharged Meade LX200 10" with a SBIG ST-2000XM. 4 hours 55 minutes of total exposure time. 160 minutes (32 x 5 minutes) luminance at 1x1 binned. RGB (45:45:45) at 1x1 binned for each channel. Completely automated acquisition using CCD Commander & MaxIm. Dark frames and flat field frames applied. Self guided by SBIG ST-2000XM. Aligned and combined in CCDSoft. Applied light DDP in AstroArt. Final processing done in Adobe Photoshop. Shot over two nights 7/7/07 & 7/8/07. Sadr (bright star in the middle of the image) was hard to keep under control.
