Thank you so much, Byron. This is a beautiful state park and one of my favorite photo haunts. As for the time of day, it actually was taken in the early afternoon. I have a particular technique of using multiple layers of the same image, with different processing on different layers. You're seeing the result of this technique. Wow, I have to admit, I have never seen a waterfall photo quite like this one! It almost looks like a painting! I am quite in love with this picture! What time of day was this taken??
