This one is a mystery to me.  Is this the other parent, who gets shoed away most of the time?  The markings on this bird are distinctively different than the one I usually photograph.  It too is bring food to the nest.

I guess I was too close to the nest when this woodpecker came by.  Instead of landing, it took off.  A polite way, I guess, of asking me to leave.
