This is not the original church on the site. In the late 1800's a foundation was started, twice, but the church ran out of money to continue the building. In the early 1900's All Saints was built, but facing north (I think it's 14th). It burned down in 1917 and was rebuilt in 1921 facing east as it stands today. The original facade was a red brick (which is still underneath) and a roof line similar to the Steinfeld house. Personally I like the original better. A structural analysis was recently performed and work has begun to make the building sound. I saw some photos of the work and the original stone basement and foundation is still pretty intact.

When I grew up in Tucson, in the 1970s, it was called St. Paul's. My elementary school, Tuller, would hold its Christmas pageant there every year.
