Chorley Market, wall art

Fastened to the wall outside the market hall in Chorley, this looks to be done on bronze or similar, so the colour of the art is pretty similar to that shown here, apart from the mosaic tiles, across the ground, which are in a variety of colours.
The work is about 1.75m tall.
