Many people are unaware that the Moon often can be seen in the daytime. At any random instant the Moon will be "up" 50% of the time. It may not be visible (clouds, buildings, glare from the Sun, New Moon) but it is up there.
Good photo since it is juxtaposed with tree and buildings. Eleanor and others often said I need to include foreground objects in my wide field photos of the night sky.
