Mount Washington Cog Railway

These photos were taken over the last 10 years or so in New Hampshire at the world's first cog railway. This site has undergone many changes over the last several years, including the rebuilding of some of the locomotives, rebuilding the coaches, new water tanks and replacing some of the old 9 throw switches with new electric ones. What has yet to change, the ride and scenery are still as they were over 100 years ago!
Prints of photos in this gallery are available for purchase in a variety of sizes. Please e-mail for details and pricing by following the Profile link.
