Franz ... wonderful gallery on Hong Kong. I was there in the mid-1960's and have a few photos on my Potpourri (Places) gallery of what it was like 40+ years ago.

Great documentary series of images, Franz. The Birds Street is gone, among some others as time roll on. The boats in Aberdeen are still there but much less in number. One day, all our PADs today will also become history. Thanks for sharing your treasure with us.

I enjoyed looking at your pictures, having been there one year ago. It didn't look too different from what I saw, although there are a lot fewer people living on their boats from what I understand. Thanks for posting these!
