It is miserable weather outside: raining, cold and grey.
So I decided to make some warming soup with ingredients I hunted down in the far corners of the 'fridge and freezer.
This turned out to be cauliflower, stilton, leeks plus some garlic, coriander and red chili.
I roasted the cauliflower to enhance the flavour, before adding to the sauted leeks and garlic.
