Today I had a new tumble dryer delivered to replace an old one that finally died.
Why is it that all new electrical appliances come with such short cables that never reach the socket?
So, out with the wire cutters to fit an extension and a new plug.
And thanks to EU regulations, you can't reuse a plug because all modern ones come sealed onto the cable. Grrr....
