The Old Slipway

Dunbar

The weather was nicer then the forecast, so I went for a walk around the next seaside town of Dunbar.
This is an ancient town with a very old castle, now only ruins.
Today it is an active fishing harbour, although all the boats are tied-up for Christmas.

Outstanding wide angle capture. Love the silkiness of the water with that long exposure, and light is beautiful as well.

Wow! This is beautiful.
This is exactly the type of picture I was talking about, when I said I wanted to shoot more deliberately. And you've raised the bar. Love it. V.

Wonderful composition. You made the water look great (misty) with this long exposure.

Beautiful composition. The lines of rocks and the lines of clouds all seem to be pointing to the same point on the horizon. V

I see it: me and my fishingrod, standing in the water.
Great photo.

It does look like a beautiful day. The mist and light on the water give it a mystical quality. Lovely place and very nice shot. V
