The whole beach, stretching a mile or so in each direction, and all to myself.
I guess everyone else was Christmas shopping. I know where I would rather be.

By the way. I wish you all a Happy Winter Solstice. From tomorrow, the nights get a wee bit shorter, one by one.

Lovely winter beach! Not a soul about - perfect. We escaped the shipping madness today and took my elderly dad out for a family pub lunch. Felt sorry for all the folks sitting in huge queues for all the car parks in town!
