Spume

North Berwick

The cold, grey weather continues and is now joined by a strong north wind blowing spume all over the harbour.

A very telling image, Bill. Nice crisp shot, this weather is also coming my way here too> :-( V

Glad I wasn't sitting there having an ice cream!
I presume this was part of the seating around the old (long gone)outdoor swimming pool?

A striking effect.
And yes, I am also intrigued by the concrete structure. What is it for?

I like all the distinct sections in this composition. The image really conveys a sense of the weather.
The structure in the middle has me mystified. What can it be, and why is there a fence all around it?

The spume is frothy,
It spills and floats
The wind assists it

All froth and bubble...love the leading lines, Bill

Never realised it was called spume!

You certainly have some rough weather in Scotland! If that's spume on the concrete, it's pretty amazing.

Spume doesn't sound entirely pleasant!
