The cold, grey weather continues and is now joined by a strong north wind blowing spume all over the harbour.

I like all the distinct sections in this composition. The image really conveys a sense of the weather. The structure in the middle has me mystified. What can it be, and why is there a fence all around it?

You certainly have some rough weather in Scotland! If that's spume on the concrete, it's pretty amazing.
