Mozambique Small Scale Aquaculture Farmer-to-Farmer Project

The United States Agency for International Development's (USAID) John Ogonowski and Doug Bereuter Farmer-to-Farmer Program (F2F) ( https://www.usaid.gov/what-we-do/agriculture-and-food-security/supporting-agricultural-capacity-development/john-ogonowski) partners with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to find volunteers to assist agricultural projects in developing nations around the world. In this case, the NGO is Cultivating New Frontiers in Agriculture (CNFA) working in partnership with The World Food Programme (WFP) and The Hunger Project Mozambique bought me to Mozambique to help small scale fish farmers in Zuza village, Gaza Province. These photos are from that project. Please visit the F2F website shown above which has hot links to the NGOs that work with them to view the on-going projects for which they are looking for volunteers.
