Supercell near Montague, TX
On our first day, we started out waiting for storms to develop out near Ardmore OK. Eventually, we headed south into TX towards a storm near Stephensville, TX. We were too far away to get to that storm in ime so went to watch this one instead.

storm rotation
This is from the same storm but a bit later after sunset. It's a rather blurry picture, but the clouds are rotating there right above us. My last few pictures were after sunset and did not turn out very well. This storm was tornado warned, but did not produce an actual tornado. Later that evening, we moved on to another storm in Nocona, TX. That one was also tornado warned and a couple of people saw a funnel cloud during one of the lighting strikes. We left :)

Dust Devil
This was one of many dust devils as we made our way down to the Davis Mountains on Sunday. Picture was taken somewhere between Midland and Pecos TX.

south of Pecos TX
South of Pecos TX, we stopped to watch a supercell. Behind me was another one slowly building up that we would later chase.

some hail
The only way to get to the second developing supercell was to drive through the core. We pulled off the road a while to let the worst pass. The hail was not very large but there was a ton of it. Imagine driving on a road covered in ball bearings...(98 degrees and road is covered in ice.)
