Turkey - 4 galleries

May/June 2011 Our first visit to Turkey surprised and delighted us. We found a rich ancient history in a modern and progressive, colourful and vibrant country. Two weeks was not enough - we hope to return.

"Turkey: mysterious enough to bear witness to the most important periods of human history, with a heart wide enough to shelter many people, a peace maker joining Europe and Asia."- guide
