This last close-up of the glacier terminus was taken on the south-eastern side (i.e. the right hand side looking from the fjord) where it is much lower than on the left hand side and in the middle. The height of the ice in this picture is about 30 metres (about 100 ft) on the left and about 15 metres on the right - still quite an impressive sight.
