When I reached the bridge between Tanaea and Buota, the last road bridge north of the airport, I stopped to take this shot of a lone villager wading through the warm water of the channel between the two islets. The pure white sandy beach and clear aquamarine water made this an idyllic scene that would probably be crowded with tourists if it was in part of the world that was more easily accessible.
