On my third day in Kiribati I decided to look for some photo opportunities around the Temaiku Bight. I found some lovely little villages but noticed that there were few people at home, except for some children playing around the thatched huts. I assumed that the adults must have been working elsewhere – maybe fishing or collecting shellfish.
