<< PA Boys D2 NHIAA Champions >>
After trailing for 2 1/2 quarters, PA took the lead and never looked back. Played before a huge crowd at UNH's Lundholm Gymnasium, it was an electric crowd and great game.
All with my trusty Canon 1D II, most action, non-flashshots were ISO 3200, f2.8, 1/500 with the 70-200/2.8. End of game, flash shots were ISO 800.

Second folder is Seniors and their families from the pre-game ceremony. Hope you like them - let me know if you want printable, hi-res versions on CD.

A cool but mostly sunny early afternoon contest evenly played most of the way. RWU went up by 4 in the 4th but barely held on for the win...
<< LaSell @ RWU D III lax >>
LaSell College visits Roger Williams on a very windy Wednesday afternoon. Lots of shots in here with that golden light of setting sun on player faces, esp in first half from field level. You'll note how quality falls off as the sun sets - I ended up at ISO 3200 f4, my camera's max with the 70/200/2.8 + 1.4x teleconverter.
BTW - compare these to shots in later galleries and note how much better they are when taken from on field level, where I'd prefer to be shooting from...
