Behold the cable car ride, overlooking Jounieh. The journey is so steep that it has to be broken in two, a cable car for the first limb from the sea side to the base of the mountain, and then a fenicular for the rest of the way. Not for those with vertigo, but the view at the top is splendid and makes those heart stopping moments worth while.
