Without checking for glands on the calyx it is imposible to determine for sure but this certainly falls in the color range of periclymenoides. Knowing the fragrance would also help.
Some so called album forms of roseum look like this in New England but mostly due to the intensity of the fragrance in my opinion.
No reason to believe it is not periclymenoides.
