Quartzsite, Arizona has several shows running concurrently and consecutively from November to the end of February. I drove 252 miles to and back from the Desert Gardens show on January 25, 2009. The vendors deal primarily with rocks and minerals. Many of the stalls were already shut down but the ones that were open had impressive displays. Next time I will return with more money and spend more time visiting the other swap meets. Although crowds were very light at the Desert Garden show, the other swap meets were packed with people and parking was impossible to find.
