Richard, I've always been impressed by your attention to detail but now I'm truly amazed at the level of commitment to environmental principles and the application of engineering skill and improvisation displayed by these efforts at KG Road. The entire project reminds me of the pioneering spirit of the gold rush era transplanted into the twenty first century. I think we need to have a chat, however, about the amount of sediment that all this excavation is exposing and whether all your concerns about retaining topsoil and maintaining weed free seed banks aren't completely overridden by the graphic scale of the operation on edaphic stability of the site as a whole. Still, I admire your commitment to principle in this regard as in all other regards. Congratulations once again.
